Taylor Gibson

Taylor joined our team in 2022 as an HR Generalist. She received her Bachelor's in Human Resources and Business Administration from Columbia College with previous work experience in Human Resources. Taylor has always been interested in non-profit work, previously working with CMCA Head Start while attending college.

Taylor found her way to BGCS after finding the Clubs' goals aligned with hers— helping underprivileged youth and getting kids the resources they need to be successful. Her favorite parts of working here are getting to meet everybody working for the Clubs and seeing all the programs put together for the kids.

When Taylor isn't at work, she is raising three children— one in elementary, middle, and high school each— and getting up to geeky family fun, from family cosplays to attending renaissance fairs.
