Laura Neff

Laura brings extensive experience in education and nonprofit leadership to Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and has served as the director of two preschools and an after-school program. Her background also includes nonprofit work with United Way and a local food bank.

After moving to Springfield, Laura was drawn to BGCS because of its strong reputation and commitment to helping young people thrive. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for youth and honoring the trust families place in the Club.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, crocheting, and playing mahjong. She has been married for 27 years, is a proud mother of two, and shares her home with two dogs and four cats.
