Kia Patterson

Born and raised in Springfield, Kia's journey with the Club has come a full circle. As a former Club kid, she knows the feeling of looking up to the staff who believed in her as a child. They encouraged her to dream bigger and become the best version of herself. As our Program Director, she is giving back to the next generation, striving so that every child is seen, valued, and capable of achieving their own dreams. 

Beyond her heart for youth development, Kia has three fashion degrees under her belt. This includes dual bachelor's degrees in fashion design and fashion merchandising, followed by a master's degree in fashion merchandising and retail management (with an emphasis in fashion and lifestyle).

When she isn't at the Club, Kia loves exploring new places, journaling, and relaxing with her family, friends, and her entertaining black Shih-poo, Koi—the undisputed best boy.
