Amber Alcorn

Amber is a Springfield-area native, graduating from Willard High School before earning her degree in Journalism from Missouri State University.

She has a long history with the Club, joining the team as a youth development professional before serving as a Club director for several years. After which, she worked as the Director of Communication and Volunteerism at United Way of the Ozarks.

Amber knows first-hand how a connected community makes a positive impact on youth. This kind of connection gave her a sense of belonging growing up, and she's passionate about providing that for others.

Amber is a proud dog-mom to pups Bozley and Charlie. When she's not at work, you'll find her in her garden, with her nose in a book, watching the latest feel-good show, exploring the outdoors, or eating great food with her favorite people.
