Trish Hubbell

Trish came aboard BGCS with over twenty years of organizational development and philanthropic enterprise experience.

With a B.S. in Civic Affairs and multiple Level 3 certifications aligned to organizational strategy, Trish has spent her career growing and nurturing non-profits with an emphasis on audience growth, and donor growth. She's successfully obtained over $800 million in grant funding, and created data-driven strategic plans to best utilize the funding.

In her free time, Trish enjoys researching, is an elite powerlifter, and loves professional wrestling, and once held the title of World Champion (of her childhood ring)!

When she was younger, Trish spent many hours playing basketball at the Club and enjoyed a space where she was allowed to belong. Now, she's elated to pay it forward and contribute to BGCS' mission and provide even more opportunities for youth in Springfield!
