Musgrave Unit Director Position

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Unit Director you will be responsible for managing Club personnel to ensure efficient operation of the Unit. You will support and develop full-time staff members, coordinate various community partnership events, develop management and discipline strategies to maintain proper behavioral standards, care for and upkeep the Unit physical property, prepare and supervise visitors and volunteers, respond to the needs of Club members and staff, communicate regularly with a variety of people using a number of different techniques, complete reports accurately and in a timely manner, support the Program Director in implementation of programs, trainings, events, etc., and complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college and/or experience equivalent, a valid CDL license to help in bus transportation, demonstrated programming skills and ability to develop programs designed to meet the needs of youth, demonstrated ability to set and meet goals, demonstrated ability to direct and supervise staff, verbal and written communication skills, previous success in youth program development, First aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain certification in a timely fashion.
