Welcome to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield’s youth basketball program.
Kindergarten – Eighth Grades
Individual Cost: $35.00
Team Cost: $350.00
- Majority of games will be played on Saturday’s. (We will also play on Tuesday and Thursday nights, if necessary)
- Teams are available for Kindergarten through eighth grades
- Teams will play a minimum of eight games
- Teams will be composed of children from their school, or from schools nearby
Games will begin in October for 1st session and January for 2nd session

General Information
Program Objectives: To provide a safe and positive experience through learning good sportsmanship and fundamentals of basketball.
Registration Definition: A team will not be considered registered until all player activity forms have been thoroughly completed, a team roster is completed, and the league fees are paid in full. All three must be turned into the Boys & Girls Club no later than 6:00pm on the registration deadline day. A team will not be put on the schedule until all paper work is turned in and league fees paid. Please do not mail or fax your registration.
League Fees: $350.00 per team/$35.00 per individual. Teams need to have a minimum of 8 players. Fees cover league entry including an 8 game schedule. Fees do not include any post-season tournaments.

League Information
- Season play will begin on January 21, 2012.
- Every team will be guaranteed 8 games during the regular season.
- There will be a Post-season Tournament. The registration fee is $75.00 and each team will be guaranteed three games with each child participating in the tournament receiving a medal and team trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.

* Coaches meetings are mandatory. If you can’t have a coach at the meeting please call the athletic coordinator and make other arrangements. If you do not comply with these stipulations your team may not be admitted into the Boys and Girls Club Basketball Program. Registration forms and fees can be turned in at these meetings.
