Auxiliary

The purpose of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield Auxiliary is to cooperate with the officers of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield and help in all matters relative to the progress of same, and to provide scholarships to higher education for youths of the Club.

The Auxiliary hosts an annual “Walk This Way” Walkathon to help fund a $12,000 college scholarship to each Youth of the Year winner. Thanks to the Auxiliary and this positive event, youth are able to attend college whereas they may not have otherwise had the opportunity.
