TITLE:                                      Building/Vehicle Maintenance/Bus Driver


PROFILE SOURCE:      Full-time Professional – 40 Hours/Week/Benefits – negotiable

DEPARTMENT: Operations

REPORTS TO:              Unit Director



This position is responsible for: ensuring youth development principles are incorporated into their daily duties & during operating hours; providing guidance and discipline to ensure a safe and positive environment for youth; ensuring the incorporation of character development; ensuring that cultural diversity is recognized; responsible for the planning, implementation, and delivery of building and vehicle maintenance as well as the bus route for youth ages 6 to 18 with the proper guidance of the Unit Director; assuring the planning, development, and implementation of maintaining the building and vehicles through all guidelines provided to you; and maintaining and caring for applicable equipment and supplies.


Need CDL/Class B or above Drivers License (This is required for this position)


Knowledge of youth development principles and practices, procedures and resources

Knowledge of building/vehicle maintenance and all the organizations guidelines


High School Diploma required.


Class B or above drivers license.
